Jameela Jamil

 Jameela Alia Jamil (born 25 February 1986)is an British actor and presenter. From 2009 until 2012, she was host for a T4-strand of pop culture series. Then, she was the radio host for The Official Chart, and was co-host of The Official Chart Update alongside Scott Mills on BBC Radio 1. Jamil was the first female host to the chart show on BBC Radio 1. She relocated to the United States in 2016. She played Tahani Al-Jamil in the NBC the fantasy comedy show The Good Place. She is also the host of the TBS late-night game show in The Misery Index and as one of the judges of popular reality competition show Legendary. Jamil was involved in two projects involving superheroes in 2022: DC League of Super-Pets animated film and the Marvel Cinematic Universe television series She-Hulk, Attorney at Law. She has stated that Jamil was born with a hearing impairment that was congenital and labyrinthitis. Both of which she has undergone multiple surgeries to fix. She also was hearing 50% in her right ear while her left ear had 70% hearing..
