Ronda Rousey

 Ronda Jean Rousey (/'raUzi/; born on February 1 1987) is an American professional wrestler as well as actress, former judoka and mixed martial artist. She is currently signed to WWE and performs on the SmackDown brand. She is also the current SmackDown Women's Champion in her second reign. Her participation in the Ultimate Fighting Championship is what makes her most famous. Roddy Piper was a professional wrestler who earned her the name "Rowdy". Rousey was the first American woman to earn an Olympic medal in judo during the 2008 Summer Olympics. Rousey started her mixed martial arts (MMA), career in King of the Cage in 2011. She later joined Strikeforce, becoming their last Women's Bantamweight Champion until its acquisition by UFC. Rousey was one of the fighters in the company's first female bout at UFC 157, was their first Women's Bantamweight Champion and held the record for most UFC titles defended (6) by women, until being overtaken by Valentina Shevchenko.
