 Reba McEntire, an American country music artist and songwriter, is a producer, actress, and producer. Her net worth is $95 million. Reba has sold more than 90 million records worldwide to the present. She has appeared in many films, but the most notable was her own series "Reba" that was on from 2001 until 2007. To date she has released 16 #1 albums which is greater than any country female artist.Reba McEntire was born on the 25th of November 1955 in Kiowa, Oklahoma, where she began performing on the rodeo circuit as young teenager. Reba originally entered Southeastern Oklahoma University to pursue a career as an elementary school teacher. She performed in the local community outside of school. In her sophomore year she performed the National Anthem at Oklahoma City's National Rodeo. Reba was discovered and loved by Red Steagall, a country singer. Red took Reba to Nashville in the year 197, where she recorded a demo. After hearing the demo tape, Reba was signed to Mercury Records.She actually went back to school and completed her degree in December of 1976. A month later, she was back in Nashville making tracks to be used on a debut album.
