 Beyonce Knowles, an American pop star actor, actress, entrepreneur and philanthropist, has a net that exceeds $500 million. Beyonce Knowles got her first brush with fame due to the 90s TV show "Star Search" as a member of the group rapping and dancing called Girl's Tyme. Girl's Tyme struggled in the latter part of the 1990s, but later accepted by Columbia Records in 1997 under its new name, Destiny's Child.Destiny's Child would go through seven albums, and five of them went platinum. They sold more than 50 million records around the world. Their smash hit single "No. No. No" won them the Best R&B/Soul Single Award. One of the most popular Destiny's Child songs was "Say my Name" which won the prize for "Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals," and "Best R&B Song." Other songs by Destiny's Child include "The Writing's on the Wall", "Jumpin, jumping," and "Bills, Bills, Bills". When they had finished their debut album "8 Days of Christmas" they decided to split up and work on solo projects. Beyonce began to go out independently and has recorded a string of highly profitable solo albums. Beyonce also had a successful acting career. She played leading roles in Dreamgirls and Cadillac Records as well as Obsessed, Austin Powers, and Obsessed.
