Emily Jordan Osment (born March 10 in 1992) is an American actress, singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Osment began her career as an infant actress, appearing in numerous film and TV shows prior to co-starring with Gerti Giggles in Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams (2002) and Spy Kids 3-D Game Over (2003). Osment played Lilly Truscott in the Disney Channel television show Hannah Montana (2006) and its film sequel Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009). She also appeared as Cassie Keller and Melissa Morris in the Disney Channel TV film Dadnapped (2009). She also appeared in the television film Cyberbully (2011) as well as Roxie in the online series Cleaners (2013)-2014. Roxy Doyle was on Fox's television series Almost Family (2019-202).
