Pauley Perrette

 Pauley Perrette (born March 27 in 1969) is an American retired singer and actress. She was the character Abby Sciuto in the television show NCIS from 2003 until 2018.Perrette has worked in television and film, mostly working on commercials, voiceovers, music videos, and short films. She was bartender in New York City. A acquaintance introduced her to an advertising agency's director during her time in New York. The director urged her to move to Los Angeles, where she played a variety of parts and made several guest appearances. She was waitress at Cafe Nervosa in the sitcom Frasier in season 4 (in the episode "Three Dates and a Break-up") and also was a guest on season one of 24. She has made appearances in numerous films that include The Ring and Almost Famous.In 2001, she was a regular character in season 2 of Special Unit 2, she played Alice Cramer, the Unit's public relations officer. Her most well-known character was Abby Sciuto (an eccentric forensic scientist) in NCIS, a TV series inspired by The Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
