 Jim Carrey is a Canadian-American actor as well as a comedian with an estimated value of $180 million. Jim Carrey was the most famous actor in the world for a period of about 10 years. He was a man of extraordinary talent, and each comedy venture he took on resulted in massive amounts of money for studios which was able to secure him a leading part. Jim Carrey was already a well-known comedian in Canada at the time Rodney Dangerfield noticed him in the late 1970s. After performing for Mr. Dangerfield on tour then he relocated to Las Vegas, and then California. While there the comedian continued to gain an audience for his amazing impressions and wacky sense of humor. The film and television industries were calling in the early 1980s. After appearing in a number of low-budget films, and starring on the series that ran for a short time, "The Duck Factory" and "The Duck Factory," he started to get more prominent roles in films such as "Earth Girls Are Easy", "Once Bitten", and "Peggy Sue Got Married".Dumb and Dumber", "Liar Liar", and "Bruce Almighty" and numerous films that blurred the lines between drama and comedy, including, "The Truman Show",
