 Pat Boone is a singer and actor, composer as well as a writer and TV persona with a net worth of $ 50 million. Pat Boone was one of the most popular recording performers of the 50s and early 60s. He was also known for hosting "The Pat Boone Chevy Showroom" on ABC as well as for his performances in a variety of Hollywood films. In the 70s, Boone turned increasingly toward the pursuit of Christian values and gospel music, and later became a conservative journalist. Boone sold more than 45 million albums in his music career. He scored 38 Top 40 hits. Boone also created a record label called Lion & Lamb Records in the early 1970s. He was born to Archie Boone and Margaret Boone in Jacksonville, Florida on June 1st 1934. His younger brother, Cecil, became a pop artist. At the age of two, Boone moved with his family to Nashville, Tennessee, where he would spend his early childhood and teens. He went to David Lipscomb High School, and graduated in 1952. Boone went on to attend David Lipscomb College, Lipscomb University and North Texas State University before finishing his magna cumlaude degree from Columbia University in 1958.
